What is Positive Intelligence®?

Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) is a research-backed mental fitness framework developed by Shirzad Chamine.


It identifies predictable internal patterns, called Saboteurs, that can undermine your thinking when the stakes are high. Then it helps you build the mental muscle to pause, notice the pattern, and choose a clearer response.


Think of it like physical fitness, but for your mind.
