Hi, I’m Allyson. I came up through HR, Talent, Learning, and leadership work, so I understand the pressure many of my clients are carrying.
For more than 25 years, I led talent, learning, and change work inside organizations and consulting environments. I have been the person expected to stay steady, make sense of complexity, and help others grow.
Now I bring that experience into the coaching room.
My approach pairs Co-Active coaching with Positive Intelligence® mental fitness. That means we work on both sides of growth: the outer strategy and the inner patterns that can make the next move harder than it needs to be.
