With 20+ years leading talent and change initiatives, spanning global corporate leadership and executive consulting, I bring real-world experience into the coaching room. I spent years as an SVP of Talent and VP of Learning, so I know what high-stakes leadership actually feels like from the inside.
My approach is grounded in Co-Active principles and Positive Intelligence® (PQ) mental fitness, practical, supportive, and honest.
